Gregory Keegan

Gregory Keegan started his agile journey more than 10 years ago and has been working the last 4 years as an Agile Coach at agile42. This has given him the opportunity to train and coach many and various teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners. He has also supported senior management and Transition Teams from a wide array of businesses and organisations to initiate and navigate their way through organisational agile transitions.

Besides having gained Certified Scrum Master® (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP), he became one of the first five Certified Teams Coaches (CTC) with the Scrum Alliance during its pilot introduction in 2016.

Prior to joining agile42, Gregory worked as a Scrum Master and Agile/Kanban Coach for six years at a company in the finance and banking industry in Berlin. He joined them initially as a software developer, but after learning about Scrum in his first year, he followed his calling to become Scrum Master and to help teams learn how improve their ways of working.

His previous experience includes everything from working as a project manager on government-funded community improvement projects, starting up a business in the travel industry, being a web application developer, a business language consultant, a construction builder and even a commercial fisherman in the Bering Sea.

In addition to coaching, he often runs workshops and presentations at conferences and Scrum Gatherings and is a regular attendee of Scrum User Group – Scrumtisch Berlin.
