Mastering the unknown

Since we are analysts, every time we visit a new user or every time we do a new analysis we are doing a completely new experiment. If you read up on experiment definition on Wikipedia, you will notice that it perfectly describes our everyday job. πŸ™‚ Unknown fields are a challenge to us – because of both new demands and different approaches to problem solving. Managing unknown areas requires recognizing specific goods and services, sets of activities and decision-making procedures, as well as identifying key business processes. After the analysis is complete, we need to hold a number of workshops which will confirm or deny the conclusions.
