Tea Ergović

Tea Ergović works for CROZ as a Senior Business Analyst, while also managing Junior Business Analysts. Over the years she has gained experience working on various projects in the banking and state sector, especially regarding payment systems, multiple channel systems and document management. As a Senior Business Analyst, she handles analysing user requests, coordinates developing, testing and implementing solutions and creates documents pertinent to her field of work.

She is constantly working on improving her skills by taking part in industrial workshops, and she holds certificates in business analysis and testing. She has been a Scrum Product Owner for the last few years, and she can actively use other agile methodologies.

She likes to travel in her free time and claims she is best described by the quote by A. Einstein: “Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”
